About the Job

As a Care Professional with CareSpring, you’ll provide compassionate, person-centred support to clients in their homes and communities. Depending on the client’s needs, your role may include companionship, personal care, home support, community outings, dementia support, disability support, respite care or overnight support.

You’ll help clients maintain their independence, dignity, comfort and connection while following their individual care plan.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
Relevant caregiving, home care, disability support or community support experience
Dependable, respectful and comfortable working independently in clients’ homes
Valid driver’s licence and reliable access to a vehicle, where required
Ability to provide a satisfactory criminal record check and driver’s abstract, where applicable
Legally entitled to work in Canada
